Parts Advisors are professional parts and accessories experts who develop relationships of trust with customers, and with technicians, that last for life. Training is provided, but sales or customer service experience is required, as well as a high degree of organizational skill, the ability to multi task, and computer literacy. The Parts Driver is an important part of the Parts & Service Department team. Excellent customer service skills are required.
