Georgetown Kia has been closely monitoring the recent global situation with COVID-19 as it continues to evolve and we want to make it clear that the health and safety of our customers and employees is our highest priority.
We have been in regular communication with all of our teams across our network and closely following the guidance of government and health authorities.
In this situation we have taken swift, measured action. We are closely following the direction of the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC). We are also monitoring our team's health very closely and have put support systems in place to help anyone who may become affected by the virus so their number one focus is getting better.
At Georgetown Kia, we have hand sanitizer available for use for both customers and staff. You may also see our team wiping down payment terminals, countertops, door handles or the interior and exterior of vehicles, please know that this is an effort to reduce any risk. These steps will also be completed prior to and after test drive and vehicle previews as well as additional cleaning efforts taking place across the dealership from our Janitorial team. As part of our support systems all meetings have currently been cancelled until further notice. As the situation evolves, you may see our dealership implementing new measures to prevent further spread of COVID-19. We will continue to do everything we can, always with the goal of creating the best and safest experience possible and to give you and our teams peace of mind.
As part of this commitment, we are offering all of our customers the chance to receive personalised videos of our vehicles from our product advisors as well as the ability to test drive your vehicle at home in order to ensure your peace of mind and to follow social distancing advice from the Public Health Agency of Canada as well as the provincial and federal governments.
For more information on how to receive video and home test driving services contact us at +1 866-980-4212.
